Common questions about club membership
When does membership begin and end?
Our membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. If you join mid-year, your membership will be prorated for the remainder of the calendar year.
Do I need to be an experienced gardener to join?
Not at all! We welcome members of all experience levels, from beginners to master gardeners. Our club is a wonderful place to learn and grow your gardening skills.
How often does the club meet?
We hold general membership meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Additionally, we have special events, workshops, and committee meetings throughout the year.
Can I try out a meeting before joining?
Absolutely! Prospective members are welcome to attend up to two general meetings as a guest before deciding to join. Please introduce yourself to our membership coordinator when you arrive.
Are there volunteer requirements for members?
While volunteering is encouraged and a great way to get involved, it is not required for membership. We have many opportunities to contribute based on your interests and availability.
